Remove the person icon from everything on the new sidebar?

This isn’t that big of a deal but it’s stressing me out for some reason. There is a tiny person icon (that looks like the account icon) next to every section on my sidebar, and I want to take it off. It makes it look so busy and its overwhelming me for some reason. There might be a way already but I can not find it.
