More inclusive semester system

Down here in the southern hemisphere, our summer holidays are in January, and we have different semester system to residents of North America and Europe. Could you possibly include a feature to help with this, as well as getting our ‘semester wrapped‘ at a more relevant time? Or, if there is already a way to change the settings, could you let us know?
