go back to old bettercanvas
Me (and everyone ive talked to) hate this new “bettercampus” update and want to go back to the old one. There so many unwanted features that are all in-your-face with no way to get rid of them permanently, and its super buggy as well

Its all way too complicated now! I cant edit my themes that I’ve had and have been comfortable with for years because “the colors are too contrasting”, or the cover cards are randomized for each class instead of letting us chose our own cards. Please at least let some folks reverse their bettercanvas to before the update so we don’t have to find a new extention. The amount of new and over complicated features make canvas unusable now.

Does anyone else absolutely hate the new BetterCampus update? It used to be a simple, clean extension for themes and keeping track of deadlines. Now it's cluttered with AI features nobody asked for, the UI is completely ruined, and half the old free features are paywalled.
Please give us a legacy toggle to disable all the AI bloat and get the old, fast dashboard back. Canvas is lagging so badly I can barely submit my assignments.

I agree. I really do not like this version, and I want the old version back. I cant remove the features I don’t want, the ones I do not like the to-do list are not working properly (not removing the Canvas version so I have 2), and it is super buggy and overwhelming to look at. I wish we had been warned, or even asked if we wanted this update instead of “surprise”.
