you can check your subscription details right inside your bettercampus account. here’s how:

how to view your plan

1. log in to your bettercampus account.

2. click your profile.

3. go to plan & billing.

can’t find the plan & billing tab?

that usually means:

• you’re not logged in yet, or

• you’re using a bettercampus for education account (which doesn’t include billing).

if you think you have a paid account, search all your email inboxes for “bettercampus.”
you’ll find any emails we’ve sent you about your subscription — that’ll show which address your paid account is under.
