Manually updating may delete custom generated tasks

1. open google chrome
   make sure you’re using chrome — bettercampus updates through your browser.

2. navigate to the extensions page

   type chrome://extensions/ in the address bar and hit enter
   —or—
   click the three-dot menu → extensions → manage extensions.

3. enable developer mode

   find the developer mode toggle in the top-right corner and switch it on.

   

4. initiate the update

   you’ll see an update button appear at the top. click it to start updating.

   

5. wait for the updates to complete

   chrome will refresh bettercampus automatically. a quick notification may pop up once the update is complete.
