Unconfigurable color on dashboard

There’s a section in each card on the dashboard that is white even though the rest of my theme is dark. It’s there with the default dark theme. When I tried creating my own theme, I messed with all of the colors and none of them changed this white section. It looks very jarring with the rest of my dark theme. The icon buttons on this section have very low contrast.
