Tutorial planner set up not working properly (actually)

So I a video I can share but tdlr: I just got better campus with premium and and the part where it tells you to drag in the new plan into the highlighted column, it just doesn't work, I've tried on three different computers, got rid of my cache, logged in and out and more. basically I drag and drop and get the confetti but the screen is just stuck and then randomly the highlighted box starts moving sparaticly to the right.
