To-Do List Display Unreliable

How bad is this?: Works but buggy

The to-do list unreliably displays. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. When it does display, it gets stuck when I scroll, meaning if I scroll into the past on the dashboard list view, it will stick to the top of however far I scrolled, so when I scroll back down to today, for example, the entire to do list will be up in the past. It's enabled in my settings and I don't do anything specific to trigger its appearance or disappearance. Just sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not
