The Navigation Bar in the Better Campus Homepage

How bad is this?: Looks wrong

The Navigation Bar in the Better Campus Homepage is slightly off to the left. On hover, it's fine, but when it's selected, it is not aligned over the icon for each page (planner, notes, etc.).
