Notifications of "Task Due Soon" Stuck on Pages

Some pages that are not tied to Canvas at all have all the task-due-soon notifications, which have caused issues with me logging in to work websites I need access to. I tried to turn them off in settings, but it doesn’t seem I can click the options to change my preferences and get rid of them.
