Notes Automatically Resizing in 8.2

8.1 had a bug where notes would automatically resize to the smallest possible size. After updating to 8.2, this bug has been fixed, but now the dashboard notes area is automatically becoming bigger after every page reload. I can provide screenshots or a video if necessary.
