my courses aren't correct

Hey, I’ve been having a lot of problems with my Canvas account, and I’m really hoping someone can help me get it fixed. For some reason, my account is still showing all of my classes from last year, and I can’t get access to any of my new classes for this school year. I’ve tried a bunch of different things to fix it — refreshing the page, logging out and back in, clearing my browser, and even using a different computer — but nothing seems to work.

It’s been really frustrating because I want to stay caught up with my schoolwork, but I can’t see any of my current assignments or class materials. Every time I log in, it looks like I’m stuck in last year’s schedule, and none of the links to this year’s courses show up. I’ve also checked with a few classmates, and their Canvas pages are updated correctly, so I’m pretty sure something’s wrong with my account.

I’ve been trying to get this fixed so I can start doing this year’s work and not fall behind. I really want to make sure I’m in the right classes and able to turn in my assignments on time. If there’s any way to reset my account, update my classes, or connect me with someone who can fix it, I’d really appreciate it.
