How bad is this?: Not working

It usually appears in the canvas, but this week, it informs me that I lack access. My teacher had the override, and it only functions when opened from a tab. I reached out to Canvas support, who advised me to contact you. However, nothing on Chrome is blocking Canvas, so I’m at a loss as to what the issue is.
