marking a task incomplete

How bad is this?: Not working

when some assignments are done on an external platform, it generates a grade even when its only half complete, marking it submitted in the canvas environment and the bettercampus environment as well. I was trying to mark it as incomplete in the better campus submitted list but the clicking the tick did not work. I am not sure if this is an issue only i am facing or platform wide.
