"Help" on sidebar spamming when I try to fix page layout on sidebar

When I go to settings —> sidebar —> pages —> adjust layout and try to hide the “help” sections, I just get spammed with a ton of “help” sections on my actual sidebar. Goes away when I refresh the page. Screenshot attached.
