+/- Grades not applying

How bad is this?: Not working

My university uses A+. A. A-, etc. I went to "School Grading System", Clicked +/- Scale, edited the grades, clicked Save Changes, and they did not apply, I tried multiple times and reloaded and everything. They're just not saving at all :(
