Fix featurebase botting issue

Hi, so if I go to some link like this (how i found it):

https://feedback.bettercampus.com/api/v1/auth/access/jwt?jwt=[random-text]&return_to=https%3A%2F%2Ffeedback.bettercampus.com%2Fp%2Fconfetti-on-insane-mode-goes-off-screen, it will take me to the issue, but every time I refresh the page, I’m on a new account. So I can bot upvote posts, which is pretty bad. I contacted featurebase support and they said this:
