Editing card image from preset theme

How bad is this?: Not working

I've selected a preset theme for canvas, I'm on the unpaid version. I'm trying to edit the card image, but every time I hit edit there is an error- cannot load image. Also one of the images is broken and will not load, it also doesn't allow me to edit it, giving the same error. I'm using the batman comics theme. I've reloaded the page multiple times.
