Duplicate/Reload Tab Bug

If i try to duplicate or reload a tab like for example instructure.com/courses/1 and if i click on something like the Notes button on the left side (bettercampus) then it works. but if i reload or duplicate the tab, it shows a regular home page, and i cant even scroll up or down or anything. if im on the homepage and go to the bettercampuspage=notes or something for that it still does the same thing. its basically just if i use a bettercampus page on anything, and duplicate or reload the tab then the page kinda glitches out. for some reason sometimes when im on the main home page and do the bug, it sometimes glitches out. more likely to glitch when im on a course page or something.
