Due Date Counter Cut Off

When I try to put in due dates for noon (I have a class at 12:20 and consistently input things that are due at class) it gets cut off by my taskbar. It would be nice to have either the ability to type in the time/have a counter like the points OR have the movable box like what was added for the menu (also resizing the menu would be an awesome option so I can make it just slightly smaller to fit on my window).
