deleted account????

How bad is this?: Works but buggy

It's not really a bug you can recreate I guess but I had an account and I remixed a theme and it was saved and it was fine for months! and now it's just gone! It made me log back in but was acting like i was new to bettercanvas and had never used it before (it made me put in my birthday and subscription option again!), and all my saved themes and settings are gone! but for some reason, SOMEHOW, it remembers the images i used for my theme. I tried searching up what the problem could be and i tried everything but I guess you just wiped all my account data??? I don't know how or why this I happened. Google seems to think it has to do with the updates but this is very annoying! I want my saved things back! I spent a lot of time making it look nice and I don't have that kind of time anymore!!
