Dashboard Notes Size

Updating from (I think) 8.0.1 to 8.1.0 caused the dashboard notes to automatically resize to the smallest size after every page refresh. I can still use and resize, but I cannot see all the notes until the box is resized, which is sort of annoying. I can provide logs and/or screenshots if requested. Thanks
