Dashboard and Notes bar collide

When scrolling down, the header of the dashboard and the small adjustable notes tab collide and create a not-nice looking (in my case green) cutout that doesn’t look very nice as seen in the picture. If the header could be extended to the right a little, this problem could easily be fixed.
