can't remix or edit theme

How bad is this?: Not working

I keep getting an error message everytime I try and submit my edits or remix. the error says that the card URL is too long and then I am stuck with either deleting all of the changes I made or be stuck beacuse I can't back out or anything unless I discard or save, and I can't save
