Can't ctrl+click canvas logo

What the title says.

I can't ctrl+click canvas logo to open dashboard in a new tab, which I used to be able to do before it updated. I liked using it so I could stay on the assignment I needed to do but was able to check on other stuff when I needed to. It stays in the same tab instead of making a new one. Attached images aren’t great but you get the idea.
