"BC-ify" the "Recent Feedback"

The “Recent Feedback” section (which appears under the TODO list) is terrible in base canvas.

It doesn’t show half of the assignments that were recently graded.

Basically what I want is a way to quickly overview the assignments that were recently graded. I assume this is what the “Recent Feedback” section was meant to do, but it doesn’t do that.
