Age Verification for Account Sign-in not working on Edge

How bad is this?: Not working

When I try to sign in to BetterCampus on Microsoft Edge, nothing happens when I click the "continue" button. I checked the debug console and there are these errors:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
AgeVerification.tsx:82 Failed to verify age: Invalid or missing field: year.

I've tried signing in using Google and using email, but both ways get stuck on the age verification section.

It works when I put my age as being younger than 13 years, which it will then take me to the underage use page, where I can use the extension without an account. However, I am older than 13 years old.
I find this strange because I was able to sign in earlier today in Edge, and I can still sign in and verify my age using Chrome. I am signed in on Chrome so I can submit this report.
